September 2026A masterpiece where you can enjoy the aroma of Paris (unami) and savory grilling with a touch of sweetness from the juices. Having grown up eating both Kanto and Kansai styles due to my Hamamatsu upbringing, this is the first time I've encountered a truly delicious eel restaurant in the prefecture. To be blunt, I might even think the texture of the skin is a bit too firm, but other than that, I am extremely satisfied!
