The owner seemed like a kind person, and the place had a calm atmosphere that would make even a woman feel comfortable dining alone. I had the Dan Dan noodles that the staff recommended. The moderate spiciness in the cool shop served as a great accent for the summer, allowing me to work up a good sweat. I asked to have the soup separated at the end, which allowed me to enjoy it thoroughly until the last drop.
