I visited Mibashi, a highly rated restaurant in the Yanagawa area. I ordered their specialty hormone (offal) set meal, and the combination of the tender hormone and the sweet sauce was outstanding, making it easy to keep eating more rice. The portion size was generous, the satisfaction was high, and I felt it offered great value for money. The interior had a warm, nostalgic atmosphere like an old-fashioned diner, and the staff's service was excellent, making for a pleasant dining experience. Since it was crowded with many customers during lunch, I recommend visiting slightly off-peak hours. It is a place I would definitely want to visit again whenever I am in the area.
