September 2026This might have been the most memorable meal of my three-week trip to Japan. This restaurant, which I visited upon a local Tokyoite's recommendation, was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. First of all, the food was absolutely superb. We ordered the 2-person Tsukime course, and the portions were very generous. Every dish was so excellent that it was hard to decide which one was the best. Each course was cooked to perfection and served at the perfect timing. Secondly, the service was truly outstanding.
