September 2026Since it's a place with a lot of buzz, even though I arrived at 11:10 and was the only one on the list, I had to write my name and wait. It was hot outside that day due to the lingering heat. Soon, I was called inside and ordered ramen, rice balls, and roasted seaweed. Taking a sip of the soup—delicious!! It felt like a light and clean salt-based pork bone soup. They provided seaweed to dip in the soup. The rice balls were also slightly salted and very tasty. Some people were paying in advance. There are many famous restaurants in this area, but this was the only one with a line outside.
