The harmony between the meat and the demi-glace sauce, combined with the coating, creates an exquisite flavor, and adding a bit of spiciness makes it even better. The cabbage underneath being softened by the heat of the dish was also good, and the pepper seasoning on the side spaghetti was very satisfying. It was a very pleasant 1,050 yen.
