August 2026As introduced in Junya Chihara's YouTube video about enjoying Miyako Island, even though I didn't have a reservation, they cordially invited me in, saying it would be fine as long as it was before the next person's reservation time since they had just opened. The Miyako beef was clean and light, and the seasoning of the sauce was also subtle, so I liked that it wasn't heavy. Each dish had a good portion size, making it a restaurant that was truly worth visiting.
