August 2026I think Koreans would love it if they came here, ordered the Modern Yaki, and ate it exactly as the owner explains. The sauce balance is great and not too salty, and the dough is chewy because it has soba inside. Also, the taste is different if you eat it with chopsticks, so please follow the owner's instructions! The draft beer is also a pre-pour (ekibisu), so it pairs very well—highly recommended!! This was the best okonomiyaki I had during my trip to Japan.
