September 2026I visited a popular ramen shop in Onomichi that I discovered by asking a local friend, rather than the standard Onomichi Ramen chain. The Tempura Chuka was exactly as imagined with egg noodles, serving a gentle and well-balanced ramen.

September 2026It was delicious, with a clean, old-fashioned Chinese style. Since they close at 16:00, I went before 15:30 on Sunday, but I still had to wait a little. I think it gets crowded especially on Saturdays and Sundays, so I recommend going at a different time.
