Anyway, the cost-performance is unbeatable. I'm almost worried that they might have priced things incorrectly. I had the recommended half & half of Tan Stew and Chicken Nanban, and I was captivated by the mild seasoning. Perhaps it's the owner chef's intention to have a restaurant in this area where fixed costs are low.
