This place is absolutely amazing! 🍣 Have you tried sushi at Nakasu Ginzu? The sushi made right in front of you at the counter by the chef is truly a work of art. I highly recommend starting with a draft beer! There are also table seats, making it perfect for hanging out with friends. The atmosphere is cozy, and the Japanese details are alive. You definitely have to check this place out!

August 2026I purchased Hakata Tsuyukuri Nari. The sweet flavor, deeply soaked into the fried ingredients, spreads beautifully in the mouth. The balance between the moist texture and the vinegared rice is excellent, making it highly recommended as a souvenir from Nakasu or as a late-night snack.

August 2026I visited Gin Sushi in Nakasu, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. It is a restaurant where you can slowly enjoy authentic sushi in a calm atmosphere typical of Nakasu. All the ingredients were fresh, and the inherent flavors of the ingredients were perfectly conveyed. The chef prepared each piece with consistent politeness, the balance with the shari (rice) was excellent, and I enjoyed the meal thoroughly until the very end.
