สิงหาคม 2569The rich pork bone broth was more like liquid pork fat than actual pork bone broth; it felt like I was just eating fat with no pork aroma or flavor! It was a terrible soy sauce ramen. The chashu tasted like mass-produced ham, no better than store-bought ham. When I ordered noodles, there was so little soup that the noodles felt like they were turning into a clump, making it very difficult to eat. A shop like this needs to provide proper soup!!
