September 2026I used the delivery service. Since I could order both the clean side dish and the hand-kneaded soba together, I was able to compare them at home. The clean flavor was not heavy and felt refreshing, with a smooth texture that was easy to eat. On the other hand, the hand-kneaded soba had a strong flavor when chewed, and personally, I preferred that one. Because the side dish was simple, the difference was easy to notice, so ordering both was the right choice. Being able to eat leisurely at home was also a unique advantage of delivery.
