July 2026Lunch at Makoto Cuisine in Fukuoka City. I had the most affordable course, but it was a wonderful experience that greatly exceeded my expectations. First of all, upon arriving at the seat, the handwritten message card catches your eye, letting you feel the chef's warm hospitality and raising your anticipation for the meal.
