August 2026The red bean paste is very delicious. Awazen is surprisingly light to eat. Uji is not too sweet or overwhelming, and it's delicious.

August 2026I received the shaved ice. The koshi an (smooth red bean paste) is sticky and supple, but not too sweet and has a hint of saltiness. The tsubuan (chunky red bean paste) gives a strong sensation of eating real beans. Both pair excellently with sweet honey, and I could enjoy them until the end without getting overwhelmed by the sweetness.
