July 2026I finally visited Nishishin Achanjo, a super famous restaurant that I had known about for a long time but never had the chance to visit. I ordered the A set, which includes Jjamppong (seafood noodles), a small bowl of rice, and 4 dumplings, while Tre ordered a small portion of Thai-style plate udon. Established in Nagasaki in Showa 59 (1984), the restaurant moved to Hayaraguake in Heisei 5 (1993) and then to Nishishin in Heisei 8 (1996), and it is currently being run by the second generation.
