มิถุนายน 2569The other day, I asked the chef about Katsushi. In a calm space with only 7 counter seats, the atmosphere where you can enjoy a leisurely meal while facing the chef was very impressive. The Omakase course using seasonal ingredients had each dish's flavors carefully extracted, and the taste of the soup was particularly memorable. The stewed dishes and tea cup steamed dishes had a gentle yet profound taste, allowing us to enjoy them thoroughly without getting tired until the end.
