I went there based on a recommendation from the Saijo Sakura Street tourist information center. I chose this place on the premise that it stays open late among establishments where you can eat and drink. (Since only four breweries were open due to the Obon holidays, it was too hot to manage both sightseeing and drinking. Therefore, I wanted to rest at the hotel first and then select a dinner spot starting from around 20:00.)

Every dish was superb. They are prepared with such care that they are truly delicious, and the portions are generous enough to leave you feeling completely satisfied and full. As expected of a restaurant in Saijo, a famous sake town, there is a vast variety of Japanese sake, and being able to fully enjoy pairing charming local brews with fresh local food is the best. The staff responds with bright, energetic smiles, making for a wonderful atmosphere throughout the meal. From the taste of the food to the ambiance and warm hospitality, everything was highly satisfying. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant when you want to experience the best sake and food in Saijo.
