August 2026I stumbled upon this Tendon restaurant while walking along Sanjo Street, and the service was wonderful, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious. The clam soup served with it was truly moving. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit Kyoto.

July 2026The cost-performance of the takeout lunch boxes is amazing. Since the dine-in meals are also reasonably high quality, I think if you try a takeout box first, you can feel confident about eating there next time. Well, the taste is so good that such worries are unnecessary. Additionally, the location is inside the Teramachi Sanjo shopping arcade, so it's a bit inconvenient to access.
