September 2026Since I was on a business trip to Fukuoka for the first time in a long while, I told my client that I wanted to try authentic Hakata ramen, and they took me to a ramen street. It was a very delicious ramen with a clean yet deep flavor. I heard there is also basil ramen available here, which has been on my mind, so I really want to try it.
