주말 11시 31분에 가면 줄지어 넣었습니다. 점내 선객 수명. 점내 넓고 천장 높이 밝고 좋다. 카레 가게로서는 꽤 넓은 편이라고 생각합니다. 분위기적으로는 카페처럼. 수프는 토마토 또는 새우에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 매운맛은 메뉴에는 10단계 썼지만 무료는 레벨 5까지. 치킨&베지터블, 토마토 스프, 레벨 5 매운 맛, 라이스량 보통 1580엔을 주문. 10분 미만으로 스프 카레와 쌀이 도착. 소식의 사람이라도 라이스 적은 눈이든지 하지 않아도 먹을 수 있을 정도의 양이라고 생각했습니다. 카레에는 큰 컷된 야채와 계란이 가득 들어 있습니다. 또한 치킨은 숟가락만으로 쉽게 풀 수 있을 정도의 홀로홀로는 아니지만, 포크와 칼로 쉽게 끊어 부드럽고 맛있었습니다. 토마토 수프라고 하는 것으로, 확실히 굉장히 토마토의 맛을 느끼고 맛있습니다만, 레벨 5에서도 전혀 괴롭지 않습니다. 진보초의 에티오피아의 카레로 비유하면 매운맛 10배도 가지 않을 정도라고 생각합니다. 매운맛을 좋아하는 사람에게는 충분하지 않을까 생각했습니다. 여기 카레도 굉장히 맛있습니다. 스프 카레로서는 맛과 코스파로 생각하면 진보초의 오오드리나 이와모토마치의 카무이 쪽이 괴롭고 맛있어 코스파도 좋습니까. 가게의 분위기는 멋지고 넓고 이쪽이 좋습니다. 11시 57분 퇴점. 점내 손님 10명 이상. 밖에 줄지어 없음. 대접이었습니다.

I had a chance to go to Ebisu, so I stopped by the Yellow Company Ebisu main store and tried their Gakkuni Vegetable Curry. To start with the conclusion… if you love meat, you’ll be absolutely satisfied! First of all, the amount of pork is no joke. It’s not the 'a bit of meat on top' feeling that you get at a typical curry house. I was surprised by how generous the amount was, to the extent that eating just the meat was filling. It's so tender that the fork goes right in, and each bite brings out the rich flavor of the meat, which would impress meat lovers! And the most impressive thing was the taste of the soup. It seemed like it was made with shrimp broth, providing a unique 'refreshingly umami' taste. It might sound odd to describe curry as refreshing, but it’s the kind of taste that keeps you eating continuously, even as you sweat! It's moderately spicy, and maybe it's due to the deep seafood base that it's incredibly addictive, making it hard to stop. There are plenty of vegetables too, so the combination of meat, vegetables, and soup was excellent, and the overall balance feels just right. It's a place I’d recommend when you want a hearty meal in Ebisu. I’m planning to try other menu items next time! 🍛🔥
