July 2026While looking for a good omakase place in Fukuoka, I found this spot with great reviews that looked like a hidden gem, so I visited the day before to make a reservation~! The shop looked quiet, so I wondered if I could have gone without a reservation🤣, but after sitting down and seeing a steady stream of customers coming in shortly after, I thought, 'I'm so glad I booked!' lol.
