July 2026This time, to Arashin, a ramen shop in Tachikawa! It was my first visit, and after one bite, I was immediately hooked. The soup is not as heavy as it looks, and the subtle sweetness and umami of the broth make it surprisingly easy to eat, even though it feels rich. The chewy medium-thick noodles are well entwined with the rich soup, providing a satisfying experience. The chashu was tender and juicy, providing great satisfaction. For those who like bold flavors, this is an irresistible bowl. Definitely a must-visit when you want punchy ramen in Tachikawa! It's also conveniently close to the station, which is a big plus.
