กรกฎาคม 2569It is rare because they also serve sashimi. You can drink alone in a slightly secluded location, and being welcomed by the customers, the master also teaches various things. Since it was my first time drinking in Hiroshima, I received some guidance, and although it's a place where I'd want to try the white grilled dish, I ate sashimi instead. I wondered if there would be any inconsistency, but the taste remained as steady as other egg-based dishes. While the local sake is good, I wanted to drink chilled sake, and all the drinks recommended to me were delicious.
