July 2026It was a truly wonderful dining experience! The staff provided friendly and attentive service. The food was excellent in every way. It seems that the famous Chef Ozawa has trained the team brilliantly. Just looking at the photos, you can tell the dishes creatively utilize local ingredients. If you come to Hiroshima, make sure to include Chef Ozawa's restaurant in your itinerary.
