I visited 'Yaki Jibie Kamakuri' in the Ekinishi area near Hiroshima Station. It is a casual and easy-to-visit restaurant. This time, I ordered the steady-seller 'Omakase Mori (Venison, Wild Boar, Pheasant, etc.)' and 'Venison Yukke.' There was none of the typical gamey smell, and the meat tasted delicious with its true flavor coming through. I also liked the style of grilling it yourself using a konro grill. The staff were friendly, and you can enjoy drinks at affordable prices.

It's located quite far ahead on the corner of Ekinishi! I've wanted to go, but because many people are resistant to gibier (wild game), I couldn't find the right timing, but I finally made it this time! Pheasant, wild boar, and deer. There was no smell. As for whether it was delicious... I think they also have some rare gibier dishes. I'll come again if I have the chance! Thanks for the unlimited drinks!
