It's a scam. When you make a reservation, they force you to pay the full amount for the reserved menu. When it came time to pay, the manager brought a total amount written by hand. I told them that the menu had already been paid for at the time of reservation, and he rewrote only the drink price by hand. Surprisingly, I later found that the charges for both menus were charged to my card again through the platform. I sent two emails with card receipts regarding my husband's food allergy, using the email address I had used before the dinner, and although they fluently replied, I haven't received any reply. I'm waiting for the bank to process my refund request. Tourists need to be very careful. The same can happen to tourists too.
