September 2026I booked a lunch course where you can enjoy sushi served politely at the counter. It was a luxurious time, savoring each bite slowly while watching the chef prepare it right before your eyes. The shari, made with red vinegar, was slightly small but had a distinct flavor that paired excellently with the ingredients.
