July 2026I think the persimmon leaf sushi here is saltier than elsewhere. It is recommended to make a reservation first and pick it up on your way back. Cherry blossom season is crowded, so things tend to run out, and reservations are recommended. It is said it is best to eat it on the night you buy it or the next day. Originally, it's supposed to be mackerel, but I like salmon.
