Founded in 1905, Fonta Honke is famous for its Milanese-style cutlet fried in the Mizutaki style. The cutlets here are so delicious that they take your breath away! 🐷🍴 The selected sirloin meat is trimmed of fat and tendons, and the fat is used as lard to fry slowly at a low temperature. The flavor of the meat hidden beneath the crispy golden batter is exquisite. It's a must-visit for meat lovers! 😋✨

The pork cutlet was really delicious! The pickles were tasty too. I wanted to eat more! I also saw them making the shrimp tempura, and it looked amazing... Unfortunately, I was too full to eat any more.
Whether fried or boiled, the dish allows you to experience the high quality of the meat. It goes incredibly well with rice and is quite voluminous, making it very satisfying.
