This place is an amazing restaurant! 🍣 It's a Michelin 3-star establishment, and the food is incredible, with the dishes being works of art. The chef is not very talkative, but the owner is super friendly. Every time I go, I feel so happy! 😍

September 2026A representative Japanese restaurant in Hiroshima and Higashi-Shirajima. The dishes, which make use of seasonal and local ingredients, are delicate, and the broth and cooking techniques are refined. From the tableware to the assortment, everything is beautiful, allowing you to experience the four seasons through the food. A place where you can enjoy a calm meal at the counter. I have visited about three times.

September 2026It was one of the best meals of my life. The chef and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly, worked in perfect harmony, and were always attentive to our needs. The glassware and cutlery were beautiful, and it felt as if every detail had a story to tell. We did the sake pairing, and every sake paired perfectly with each dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves delicious food!
