A new Japanese restaurant has opened in Nam-gu, Ohashi, catering to adults. Classic jazz plays in the background, and beautiful dishes are served in Arita-yaki bowls. It strikes a balance between the casual atmosphere of an izakaya and the formality of kaiseki dining. You can savor seasonal flavors like 'Matsutake Dobin Mushi' to enjoy the taste of autumn in advance, or 'Ayu Shioyaki' that captures the essence of the season. The flavors and dishes are adjusted according to the age and preferences of the guests, as well as the drinks they choose. Be sure to come and taste it at least once!

August 2026Today I received pickled sea bream with tea, and the flavor truly resonated with my soul. Above all else, the miso broth was deep and delicious.

July 2026I stopped by for lunch because the Sagari Don (beef bowl) I had previously ordered was delicious. I ordered the Sukiyaki set, but both pieces of large meat were tough, and the rest were only thin slices about 1cm thick... The seasoning was tasty. Also, if items are sold out, I would appreciate it if you could either inform us when we arrive at the table or write it on a sign in front of the restaurant.
