September 2026I visited late last weekend. There was no waiting, but it was almost full. I don't speak Japanese, but the floor manager was fluent in English and very kind. The taste of the katsu was truly perfect. Especially the truffle cheese katsu—it's a flavor Koreans would absolutely love. The doneness of the katsu was also perfect; it was incredibly tender, and the frying was just right, not too heavy. With appetizers and dessert included, I felt truly well-treated. If I visit Nagoya Station again, I will definitely come back!!

August 2026Make a reservation in advance. You can easily book online. I've tried many popular chain restaurants that are often mentioned for Nagoya Miso-katsu, but the difference between them and this place is like night and day. If you want to eat real Miso-katsu, eat here even if it's more expensive. After eating here, regular chain Miso-katsu feels like Namsan-style tonkatsu to me😅…
