Last night, I tried to make a reservation over the phone for 10 minutes later, but I was turned away because they said only non-smoking seats were available! Afterwards, while looking for the restaurant on the path to the back shrine, I passed by and saw that all the counter seats were empty and the staff were just relaxing. Never again.
