กรกฎาคม 2569I paired the course of Shanghai crab. I especially liked the shrimp with skin protein tofu and Shanghai crab marinated in Shaoxing wine and sherry. In addition, I enjoyed the Ise shrimp, pigeon, spoon, and more. The variety of wines such as champagne and German wines was rich and enjoyable. The advantage of the counter is that the manager, who is a sommelier, not only poured the drinks smoothly but also pleasantly taught us about unfamiliar ingredients or difficult-to-read Chinese characters, allowing us to have an even more enjoyable time. The atmosphere was rated △1 due to the presence of noisy guests.
