August 2026This samurai-themed ramen shop uses a self-ordering machine and accepts credit card payments. There are about 20 seats, and you can directly watch the ramen being prepared. This time, I ordered the Musashi Ramen (assari) for 1,550 yen. The Musashi Ramen comes with braised pork ribs, chashu, a soft-boiled egg, and bamboo shoots. You can adjust the portion size and the richness of the broth, but the texture of the noodles cannot be adjusted. The braised pork ribs were quite delicious. Overall, I was satisfied.
