กันยายน 2569This is a specialty restaurant where you can indulge in luxurious throatfish (anago/muku-moku). This time, I ordered the "Akagi Banquet Course (10,000 yen)." From the three-piece sashimi and sushi assortment, I received marinated kelp from Thailand, Aori squid, and the target throatfish; all were exceptionally fresh with wonderful fat melting in the mouth. The experience was highly satisfying, from the deep, flavorful miso soup to the Katarna dessert. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and thanks to the polite service, even first-timers can enjoy their meal with peace of mind. I recommend it for a special dinner.
