August 2026I have visited several times, but there are always several uncleared tables, perhaps due to a shortage of staff, which leaves a bad impression. Also, the salt or soy sauce ramen is always unavailable, so I am forced to order the tonkotsu, but it somehow tastes less delicious and less satisfying than saltier specialty shops. It is also regrettable that the red ginger and the spicy takana (provided for self-service) lack a sense of cleanliness.
