August 2025It was truly an amazing experience. It was sushi like I've never had before. Thanks to the chef's incredible skills, top-quality ingredients, and excellent sake pairing, it was an unforgettable experience. The variety of nigiri ingredients included scallops, sea urchin from Hokkaido, salmon, otoro, yellowtail, squid, and eel, and everything was excellently prepared.

The incomparable delicate sushi, exceptional expertise, and extensive knowledge of sake and wine offer an amazing discovery that can only be tasted in Japan!
