July 2026Since staying at the Liz Guesthouse in this building from July 1st, I've been very curious about this yakitori restaurant that is fully booked every single day. After failing to visit multiple times, I managed to book directly with the owner and finally visit on the last day of my trip. The result was absolute satisfaction. All the yakitori places I've eaten at during my countless trips to Japan felt like they used frozen meat (at least in terms of texture), but when I took a bite here, the juice burst out and soaked my mouth. I keep thinking about the owner with the cool mustache. He mentioned he was traveling to Busan; I hope he has a great trip and that we cross paths in Haeundae. Seriously... it was incredibly delicious, boss. Thank you for the great meal.
