September 2026The owner runs the shop alone, and it is an excellent establishment known for its cleanliness and fixed course menu. The atmosphere is lovely, and the feel of the counter table, which the owner crafted himself, is very pleasant. All the dishes are delicious; since the owner reportedly trained at a chawanmushi (savory steamed custard) specialty shop, a unique variation of chawanmushi was served, and it was excellent.

September 2026I visited this restaurant with a friend, a place I had been curious about for a while. A young chef was running it alone. It is a small establishment with only 8 counter seats; my eyes were first drawn to the single-mat-sized counter, and the overall interior had a calm atmosphere. They only serve course meals by reservation, and while the drink menu felt simple, both of the sake selections recommended by the chef were delicious...
