September 2026Yesterday, I visited 'Kimiya' in Nara for the first time. The Chateaubriand bulgogi I had been looking forward to was amazing; the meat was incredibly tender, and once it entered my mouth, the sweetness of the premium fat and the flavor of the meat spread beautifully—it was truly superb. The degree of grilling was exquisite, and it was one of the most memorable yakiniku experiences I have ever had.
