August 2026I visited a ramen shop located in the basement of a mixed-use building east of Kichijoji, a place I had been curious about for a while. The shop has a quiet atmosphere with only 8 counter seats. It is a bit cramped and difficult to enter. Since there is no space to put luggage at the seats, it might be difficult if you have large bags. I ordered the 950 yen clam broth soba and added 300 yen for the 'special' version (which includes all toppings). The ingredients include egg, menma (bamboo shoots), spinach, clam, two types of chashu (chicken and smoky pork), and the noodles are medium...

July 2026I ordered the Ginger Water Noodles. The clean taste, which seemed to be a combination of kelp broth and ginger, was perfect for a hot day. Personally, the texture (koshi) of the noodles wasn't quite as firm as I had expected, but it's the kind of place I'd want to visit again when the seasonal menu changes.
