This is a place I visited after debating whether or not to go (please note that I visited 2 years ago!). Since it was a spontaneous visit, I think I waited for about 30 minutes, but it's definitely worth the wait (reservations are available, so I recommend booking if you plan to go)...

Since it's a famous place, waiting seems mandatory. If you line up, the staff checks the number of your party in turn and helps you get a waiting number! A QR code also comes out so you can check how many teams are ahead of you, making it convenient to walk around other places and come back. It seems like I waited for about 30 minutes before entering. I ordered 1.5 times the amount of meat and an extra egg, which made me incredibly full (it might have been a bit lacking without the extra meat). The egg enhances the savory taste, so I recommend ordering it❗️ There are printed instructions on how to eat, and the staff also explains it once, so it's not difficult. The wasabi and salt combination was the best with the meat, and I liked the level of doneness, but for those who prefer it more done, they provide a stone plate so you can cook it more yourself! (You can exchange it if it cools down) The ochazuke was also very delicious (broth refillable). The staff were very friendly, and the food was very tasty👍.
