August 2026The quality of the staff at that time fluctuates so much that it changes the entire atmosphere of the shop, making it a place I wouldn't recommend revisiting. I used to like it because the floor was usually quiet, but the other day, the staff behind the counter were laughing and joking about customers so loudly that it could be heard on the floor, ruining both the meal and the ambiance. This makes me question the dignity of the coffee brand. Even after contacting the operating company's inquiry desk to complain, I didn't even receive an apology. I haven't gone back since.
