I don’t know whether it's a parody or an homage to Nakamurabo, but it's a place where only those who smugly think 'we're cool, aren't we?' visit. Calling this pasta isn't right, and calling it ramen is even more of an insult to the customers. Although I'm a neighbor, I always put full effort into stopping people around me from wanting to go here.

I took a bus from my accommodation in Hakata and walked a kilometer almost to the point of exhaustion to do an open run. The sign is not very visible, but you can see a cute entrance. They open at 11:30 AM, but they accept orders in advance. I was seated by the window, and it seems like there are two types on the menu, shio and one topped with porcini mushrooms. I ordered the ramen with porcini mushrooms, and they asked if I'd like to have risotto...
