September 2026Since Hitsumabushi is inherently an expensive dish, the prices are similar wherever you go. It is convenient because you can make large group reservations through Google Reservations. I felt a level of satisfaction that was worth the high price. I think it is a dish that is definitely worth trying at least once if you visit Nagoya.
