My name is Ryu. This is Masa-san, a ramen shop I've been visiting for a long time. Their pork bone soy sauce ramen is a popular dish. First, after you buy a meal ticket, the staff very politely asks for your preferences regarding the richness of the flavor, the amount of oil, and the firmness of the noodles. I'm also happy that during lunch time, rice or rice balls are served for free. The soup has a wonderful aroma of pork bone and soy sauce that whets the appetite. Seasonings like garlic are kept on the counter, so you can add them to your liking. Since the noodles are handmade, it takes a little while from ordering to serving, but they are chewy and the delicious scent of wheat fills your mouth. It was a feast. I will come again.
