July 2026I felt like having the shop's okonomiyaki after a long time, so I visited the original location in the Hatsutenjin shopping district. Many shops that have recently become chains tend to be standardized, using tablets for ordering and lacking flavor, but since this is the main branch, the order was taken by a part-timer, and the lady in charge of grilling flipped it skillfully in front of me—first, second, and third time—to serve it in its best state. At this level, there's no way it wouldn't be delicious. There are also old, established shops nearby like TB and TF, so I thought to myself that I'll have to have a 'final showdown' by myself there soon.
