July 2026This was definitely the best soba restaurant I've experienced in Kansai. There was already a line before they opened, so I waited for about 30 minutes, but the satisfaction was so high that the wait didn't feel painful at all. The soba had a rich aroma and a firm texture (koshi), allowing me to enjoy the authentic flavor of the buckwheat with every bite. The compatibility with the tsuyu was outstanding, allowing me to enjoy it until the very last bite without getting tired of it...
